You can reset your password if you have access to your account phone number or email address.

When you reset your password, you'll receive a one-time code either by text or email. After you've entered this one-time code, you'll be able to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Unfortunately, if you lost access to both the email address and phone number on your account, or if only one was listed on your profile, we won't be able to help you recover your account.
