Have you sent money at a Ria location before? If you have and would now like to use our digital products, you will be prompted to link your accounts in the following countries:
- Australia
- Chile
- Malaysia
- United Kingdom
It’s a simple process, and Customer Care can help if you have issues.
To link your Ria accounts in the app:
- Start to create an account and Tell us about yourself
- When prompted, enter either:
- Your last used ID document number provided at the Ria store
- Your last Ria Store order number
One of three things can happen:
- A new account is created if your ID matches your previous transfers with us and you don’t already have a digital account
- You’ll be asked to log in if your ID matches, and you already have a digital account
- You’ll be prompted to enter your ID details again if they don’t match what is in our system
