Follow the steps below to transfer money from a Euronet ATM in Poland.

1. Create your Ria account in the app

1. Download the Ria app on the App Store or on Google Play
2. Add your personal information
3. Verify your identity by:
   • You'll need to take a picture of your identity document or passport
   • You'll need to take a selfie
4. Once you've verified your identity, we'll send you an SMS with a verification link 
5. Create your password 

2. Start a new money transfer

1. Choose the country you're sending money to
2. Choose the delivery method for this money transfer
3. Enter the amount you're sending
4. Review your transfer before you confirm it
5. The app will generate a bar code. You'll need this bar code when you're at the ATM to send money. 
6. Use the location tool to find your nearest Euronet ATM

3. At the ATM 

1. Choose MyRiaEuronet
2. Select your language
3. Scan the barcode on the Ria app
4. Enter the one-time passcode sent to your phone
5. Check the transfer details and click accept
6. Choose how you want to pay - either by cash or by card
7. Once you've paid for and completed your transfer, take your transfer receipt
