Follow the steps below to transfer money from a Euronet ATM in Poland.
1. Create your Ria account in the app
- Download the Ria app on the App Store or on Google Play
- Add your personal information
- Verify your identity by:
- You'll need to take a picture of your identity document or passport
- You'll need to take a selfie
- Once you've verified your identity, we'll send you an SMS with a verification link
- Create your password
2. Start a new money transfer
- Choose the country you're sending money to
- Choose the delivery method for this money transfer
- Enter the amount you're sending
- Review your transfer before you confirm it
- The app will generate a bar code. You'll need this bar code when you're at the ATM to send money.
- Use the location tool to find your nearest Euronet ATM
3. At the ATM
- Choose MyRiaEuronet
- Select your language
- Scan the barcode on the Ria app
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to your phone
- Check the transfer details and click accept
- Choose how you want to pay - either by cash or by card
- Once you've paid for and completed your transfer, take your transfer receipt
Please note: ATMs don't accept coins. This means that you need to send at least 10 PLN (the lowest value złoty banknote) to pay with cash. |
