Can I use my Ria account log in details to transfer money with Digicel?
Yes, you can! If you have a digital Ria account, you can use the same details to log in via Digicel.
How do I reset my password?
Follow this guide to reset your password. If you change your Ria account password, you'll need to use your new password next time you send money via Digicel - and vice versa.
How do I add a recipient?
Add and delete recipients easily. The changes you make will be reflected in both your Ria and Digicel money transfer accounts, whichever site you make the changes on.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit and debit card.
How much money can I send?
Send up to $14,999.99 USD every 30 days.
How do I update my phone number or email address?
You'll be able to update your phone number and email address in your Digicel account.
How long do refunds take?
Our standard refund timeframes apply.
Transaction history will be kept separate
This means that transfers you send on the Digicel website will only show on Digicel, whilst the money transfers you send with Ria will only show in your Ria account.
