What transfers are covered?
The satisfaction guarantee covers all transfers sent from the United States. You must request your refund within 30 days of the delivered transfer.
How to receive your refund
Contact our Customer Care team to request your refund. We'll ask you for your order’s PIN and the reason you're requesting a refund. We ask this so that we can improve our service.
If your transfer has not been paid out to your recipient, you’ll receive a full refund back to the payment method used to fund the transfer. If your recipient has already received the transfer, you’ll receive a refund of the transfer fee.
If you paid for your transfer in-person at one of our agent locations, you’ll receive a new PIN that you’ll use to pick up your cash refund at the same location.
