Reset your password in the app

1. Tap Forgot password on the login screen.
2. We’ll send a code by text message to your phone number.
3. If you don’t receive the code, wait 30 seconds and tap Didn’t receive the code?
4. Choose Send to email or Call me.
   • Send to email: We’ll email you a code to enter in the app.
   • Call me: We’ll call you and ask for a PIN.
5. Enter the code to confirm your identity.
6. Enter your date of birth when asked.
7. On the Set password screen, enter your new password and tap Submit.

Reset your password on the website

1. Click Forgot password on the login page.
2. Enter your phone number or email address.
3. We’ll send a code to your phone number by default.
4. When the Help button appears, click Help.
5. Choose one of these options:
   • Resend code
   • Call me instead
   • I can’t access this phone (we’ll send the code to your email)
6. Enter the code you receive by text, email, or phone call.
7. Set your new password when prompted.
