You can reset your password in the app or on our website. Follow the steps below for the option you’re using.
Reset your password in the app
- Tap Forgot password on the login screen.
- We’ll send a code by text message to your phone number.
- If you don’t receive the code, wait 30 seconds and tap Didn’t receive the code?
- Choose Send to email or Call me.
- Send to email: We’ll email you a code to enter in the app.
- Call me: We’ll call you and ask for a PIN.
- Enter the code to confirm your identity.
- Enter your date of birth when asked.
- On the Set password screen, enter your new password and tap Submit.
Your password is now reset.
Reset your password on the website
- Click Forgot password on the login page.
- Enter your phone number or email address.
- We’ll send a code to your phone number by default.
- When the Help button appears, click Help.
- Choose one of these options:
- Resend code
- Call me instead
- I can’t access this phone (we’ll send the code to your email)
- Enter the code you receive by text, email, or phone call.
- Set your new password when prompted.
Your password is now updated.
