Follow the steps below if you've forgotten your password or want to change it.
Reset your password in the Ria app
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Enter your phone number or email and click Submit
- Enter the code sent via text message
- Create your new password and tap Submit
You can receive the security code on a call or by email instead of by text. Just tap Didn’t receive the code? followed by Receive a call instead or I can't access this phone (for an email).
Reset your password on the Ria website
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your phone number or email address and click Continue
- Click Help for the options to Resend code, Call me instead, or Edit phone number
- Enter the code you receive and click Done.
