Follow the steps below if you've forgotten your password or want to change it.

Reset your password in the Ria app

1. Tap Forgot Password?
2. Enter your phone number or email and click Submit
3. Enter the code sent via text message
4. Create your new password and tap Submit

You can receive the security code by email instead of by text. Just tap Didn’t receive the code? followed by I can't access this phone (for an email).

Reset your password on the Ria website

1. Click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your phone number or email address and click Continue
3. When the Help button has been enabled, click Help
4. Choose from the options to Resend code, Call me instead, or I can't access this phone. If you choose 'I can't access this phone' a code will be sent to your email address.
5. Enter the code and click Done
