I’m unable to select a payout location
Some countries do not require your recipient to pick up money at a specific location. If this is the case, you won’t be asked to select a payout location. Your recipient can receive the cash at any location with a valid government-issued ID and the order’s PIN.
If you are receiving an error message regarding the location you selected, try choosing a different one. We may not offer the chosen payout method or currency at that location.
I’m unable to add a recipient’s number or address
When sending a transfer, you’ll be asked for your recipient’s name, address, and phone number — depending on the destination. You won’t be asked to provide your recipient’s phone number if it’s not needed to send to the selected country.
You can also add your recipient’s information to the Recipients list for quick selection when setting up future transfers.
