Reasons for unaccepted or disabled cards
Anyone can send with a Visa or Mastercard. However, we may not accept a card if it’s:
- Under someone else’s name besides the sender
- A prepaid or gift card
- From a financial institution not located in your selected country
We may also need to disable a card on your account, because:
- You’ve entered the CVV incorrectly too many times
- We need to collect funds from you for a previous transfer
- You have requested it
