Any bank account added as a payment method must be verified before you can send money. Ria uses Plaid’s instant verification technology to link your bank to your account. It’s both secure and private — and lets you send within minutes.
On the app
- Tap the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
- Tap Payment methods
- Tap Add new payment method
- Tap Checking account or Savings account
- Tap Instant verification to verify through Plaid
- Complete steps required by Plaid
- Search for your bank
- Log into your bank account and answer the bank security questions or prompts, if applicable
- Select the account you want to add
On the website
- On the Add bank account screen, select Instant Verification to verify through Plaid
- Complete steps required by Plaid
