You need to provide the recipient's full name (including any middle names) when sending a money transfer from the Ria app or website to a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) country.

Local banks require the recipient's full name as it appears on their bank statement.

Your transfer may be delayed if the recipient's name is incomplete or if it doesn't match the name on their account.
