How long do transfers to the Philippines take?
The time a transfer takes will depend on the payout method you select:
- Cash pickups are normally completed within 10 minutes.
- Account deposits of 50K PHP or less are normally completed within 15-30 minutes.
- Account deposits of more than 50K PHP are normally completed within 15-30 minutes if they are submitted before 3PM Manilla time Monday-Friday. Transfers made after 3 PM Manilla time, or on Saturdays and Sundays may take up to 2 working days.

For recipients in the Philippines to receive bank account deposits it is important that you provide their correct and complete name as it appears on their bank statement when setting up your transfer.
For recipients in the Philippines to mobile wallet deposits it is important that you provide their correct and complete name and phone number as they appear on their mobile wallet account when setting up your transfer.
If the details you provide are incorrect or incomplete, then there may be a delay in bank deposit transfers, and mobile deposits may be rejected.
